My daughter and all of her friends love it, it is perfect for a little girl it is very cute. She is two years old and it is the perfect size for her. She drug her fold out Minnie Mouse couch in and got comfortable immediately. The house was not difficult to put together other than the screws but that just means it's sturdy.

Unless you have two or more children I would not recommend spending this amount of money for the play house. I also though the phone made noise. The phone in this house does not make noise only the door bell. I recommend to spend a little more and get a house that has more interaction with the child, like running water, a stove or sink that makes noise etc.

It is still very nice but it clearly states 2 seats and it only comes with 1. So if you are like me and buying it for 2 children to have a seat this is not the one. So def disappointed. Plus ours came with missing parts so we had to get another and return our first one. But it still came not as pictured and described. But still pretty and useful.

Bought this Playhouse for our 3 and 1 year old and it was a hit. Very good product for the price. The size is just right and should last for many years to come. The features are adorable. Something like this would definitely get beat up if kept outdoors, but we plan to keep it indoors, so there's no reason it shouldn't hold up.

This is the second cottage we purchased. First one for our kids and this one for the grandkids. Good sturdy design and has come trough the winter great, exposed to all the elements. Our kids love it and I'm sure the grandkids will love it just as much

The plastic on this playhouse is very thin and flimsy, especially the floor. Purchased this for outdoor use and now have doubts as to how well it will stand up. Assembly would have been much simpler if there were pilot holes for the screws. All in all, not worth the money.

Bought this for my 3rd child, my older 2 had a little tikes one, and we sold it when they got too big. I thought this one looked nice for my little girl. It is perfect for she is 1 year old...my 5 and 6 year old are way too big for it. So I would say it will last for 1-3 year olds...maybe 4, but no older. The quality isn't what I expected. It is very thin and cheap plastic...The little tikes ones are built way more heavy duty then this one. But we are keeping it indoors, and will work for, and the price was okay. Over all I would say I am happy with the product for the price we paid.

My kids love pushing the doorbell button as well as opening and closing the door and shutters. They also love sitting on the little bench located inside the house. My only complaint was the lack of screw holes and how the length of the screws were so similar that it is easy to mistake one for the other. But regardless, building it was pretty easy and can be accomplished by one person in under 45 minutes.

We purchased this item for our 18 month old daughter. She immediately took to it and loves to invite Mommy and Daddy in to play with her -- although we're a little big! Walmart had, by far, the best price on this item. Quality is great. So far has withstood the weather. Would recommend this product.

This is a fun product for a 4 yr old and up. We purchased it for our 2 yr old & 1 yr old. They were excited the first day and then they were done with it. My nephews come over and they love it. They are 4 yr old. I am hoping my kids would like it more later on. Right now it's just sitting in their play room as a dust collector.
