My Granddaughter LOVES it and it was so easy putting it together. Perfect!

It's still in the box not sure about the product just yet won't know till after Christmas

this was a gift to my 2 year old granddaughter and I am sure she will enjoy it.

Super easy to put together and great quality. I would suggest using a drill over a screw driver.

My first disappointment was this playhouse only had one molded seat inside when the pics clearly show two. I called the manufacturer to see if I was shipped the wrong item and they told me they changed it a year ago and Walmart had old pics posted. I have two small granddaughters. My biggest complaint and the reason I'm going to return this is the 16 month old gets her fingers pinched between the door and the mailbox several times a day. I regularly have to run to her rescue and close the door to get her stuck hand out. Come on Step2 this only has one moving part, couldn't someone have checked this?

This little cottage is adorable! My little girl would live in it if I let her! It's the perfect size for her and her cousin to play in. She's 3 and he's 2. There's a phone, a grill, a mailbox. A little door they swing open and shut. It's safe, sturdy and easy to put together. Perfect for a backyard but if you have the space in a playroom or den it would be great.

Read reviews before buying. Wanted to see what customers complained about. My main concern was the height. The product picture shows the girls ducking down in the doorway area while exiting, and some customers stated that the product wasn't high enough. It worked out for my granddaughter, but it won't be long before she has to duck to get in. The doorway height is 34", although once inside the height ranges from 38" at it's lowest point to 44" at it's peak. The seats inside are square 8-inches, bigger children may have a tight fit. Also, a key feature that influenced my purchase was also the fact it had a floor. (Although my intent was to keep it indoors, I did want the floor in the event I decided to place it outside), however, once assembled, the product at it's narrowest is 35". This does not fit out my door with the door on (and I'm not sure if it will squeeze through with the door off). If I move it outside, I may have to partially disassemble (removing 12 screws separating the top parts from the bottom, separating top half from bottom half). Also, it appears that the product would hold water outside in the rain. May have to drill drain holes or tip it to drain. Another customer complaint was that the screw holes weren't pre-drilled. The places to screw were clear to see, and the screws do penetrate with some pressure, although I just took the easy route and drilled pilot holes. (I've found in the past that many pre-drilled products don't line up properly anyway). Doorbell sound (as stated in other reviews) is very low. May not hear with surrounding noise.

Very durable , and cute ! My grandkids love it . Would highly recommend it if you are looking for a good play house .
