I was pleasantly surprised with the size of the Cottage. Not only did my great niece fit in with plenty of room for growth but her mother went into the cottage with her and there was plenty of room for her to sit on the floor while her daughter cooked at the little stove. We love the cottage and my great niece is having fun with it. Also very easy to assemble.

My 14 month old granddaughter loves, loves, loves her new "house". She will spend at least an hour plus (as long as her mother will let her) playing in it. She , on rainy days, will stand at the window fussing to go outside and play in her house. I chose this one because I liked the shape and the openess of it. She immediately went for the phone and it goes everywhere with her. Lots of fun times ahead. Very easy to put together too.

We were really excited for the cottage. The first night we got it it rained in the next morning the inside it was filled with water. There is no drain. I now have to spend time mopping it up because I cannot lift it myself to get the water out. This added a hassle to what would've been a fun toy. It attracts mosquitoes in I cannot let my daughter go out by herself because I don't know if there's water in it. For the price of this cottage I should not have to clean it before my daughter uses it.

It is a very nice playhouse. Easy to assemble. Just wish it had more than a phone and doorbell.

Very easy to build. Sturdy. Can handle a beating from multiple kids. Wish it was a little more spacious on the inside but over all great!

This is much smaller than I had thought. Only 2 1yr old fit in this. A 4 yr old is too big to set on the chairs.
