This play house just fits my 1 and 3 year old and not much else. It will work for what we bought it for, but it is smaller than I expected. It was also a major pain to put together! It has to be screwed together and it takes about an hour.

We bought this for our granddaughters 3rd birthday. She sat down inside before we had the roof on and was using the pretend phone to call her best friend and invite her to come to her club house.

The instructions were missing a page, there were too many screws included, and I'm still not sure I assembled it right. But my 3 year old loves it. Warning -- much easier to assemble with a cordless screw gun (wish I had one!)

I purchased this item for my grandchildren who are both 2. I have only had it for about 3 weeks but they love it. Having the small table inside allows them to sit in there and eat their lunch. You can't beat this item for the price.
