I bought this for my 3yr old granddaughters birthday. She absolutely loved it! My son put it together and did end up with a day lip when the table flipped upwhile adding a screw to support the table.

Easy accessible if you're right handed, I'm left handed so certain screws were harder to get in due to the fact my hand would hit on the plastic. My daughter who is 3 loves it, I recommend it to anyone. Great price also

This is a great playhouse and you can't beat walmart's price. Assembly was fairly easy and I did most of it by myself. My son is 22 months and loves the phone that came with it and loves to ring the doorbell.

Super disappointed because I specifically chose this model due to the pictures showing TWO built in seats. It does NOT have two seats. Just one....like the other model I could've gotten cheaper. I wish the photos were accurate.

We purchased the Neat and Tidy Cottage for our grandaughter's 2nd birthday and she loves it!! I think it could be a bit larger to fit 2 or more children more comfortably, but for her to play in it by herself it is fine. The floor is a nice feature.

I have an at home daycare and this is perfect for the price. My 3 year old and 15 month old fit in it perfectly. They love the doorbell and playing house in it. I put it together myself, no problem.
