Grandma bought this little house for my 2 year old twins and they LOVE LOVE LOVE it!!!!! It was outside on our deck and just the other day with winter coming instead of storing it away we brought it inside for them to play with and the novelty just never wears off, they LOVE it! I really can't think of any negatives about it.

Easy assembly. Pretty sturdy for what it is. My 2 year old granddaughter LOVES it. Only 3 small issues I have with it and they are hardly worth mentioning. 1st, the faucet in the little sink doesn't fit very well. It looks like it's going to fall out any time. 2nd, the little "receiver" that holds the phone was difficult to put in and doesn't hold the phone very well. 3rd, the phone sound is so faint it can hardly be heard. Aside from those "little" things, this is a GREAT product. I love the fact that it has a floor in it. I don't how some of the other reviewers put several kids in it though. My granddaughter and 2 other kids were in this one and it was pretty crowded. Overall, BUY IT. It is well worth the price!!

Getting all of the permits for extension was a breeze. Wife loves her new house. Great place to curl up by the fire and just unwind. Table is a little small inside but my wife and I make do for our meals. Love the attached charcoal grill. Made burgers first night and they were amazing! Highly recommend.

This is an early bday present for our son who will be 2 in Sept. It was a great price and great gift. He loves it. He plays in it every night we go outside. It is a great height too. He is very tall for his age, but there is still plenty of room and plenty of room for other kids to play as well. He loves the doorbell and phone too.

I bought this for my daughter's 2nd b-day. I also have a 6 y.o. girl. Both kids love playing with this toy so far. It is a good size; not too big or small. It was easy to put together but overall not the sturdiest toy I've seen. That is the only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5. There is room enough for 2 kids inside easily, maybe 3 if they are small.

It is very easy to put together, and it has enough space on the inside for kids to move around. My 6 year old daughter loved it!!
