We bought this May 2020 shortly after everything shut down. We set it up ourselves over 1 1/2 days, and set up was as you might expect: not for beginners, but not the most difficult thing we've ever done. Two adults built and one adult sort of managed the parts and helped instruct. It came in three flatish boxes (obviously quite heavy). Some instructions were confusing, especially when it did not specify that we were looking from the inside out at times, so things got built backwards then had to be taken apart and rebuilt. Other than set up, the set itself is pretty nice. I do get nervous when my (skinny) 6 year old and his (also skinny) 5 year old cousin get on the glider swing together, the thing creeks like crazy and the whole thing kind of rocks back and forth when they go high. My dad assures me that it's fine, and almost a year later it hasn't collapsed and seems to hold strong. We live in Southern California, so we don't have much extreme weather. We've had a few rains. It's held up to our weather at least. It all still looks quite nice, doesn't seem to scratch easily, chalk washes right off it. The swings are sturdy, the chains are solid, easy to adjust and re-secure. The rock wall and ladder are nice and steady. The slide was probably the biggest pain to put together, trying to get it to shape, but it was doable, and in the end it is also nice and sturdy. The slide is steep, so make sure the end of it isn't too close to a sidewalk like ours is (we put towels/blankets at the end when they're wet from the pool cause they will go FLYING). The little "house" on the bottom with the bench is a nice reprieve for the kids from the sun to eat at. Overall, I am happy with it one year later. I question if it will last another 4 years like I'm hoping (til my kid is 10 at least). But for now it's pretty perfect.

We bought this swing set and stored it for a year in the boxes. We put it together 6 months ago, which was a terrible day! We had 5 adults work on it and it took about 12 hours to do. The directions aren't very clear due to 3d pictures causing confusion. We had many pieces of wood split the day we built it as well as many more in the 6 months it's been up. We have had screws completely break in half on our rock wall, the screws that hold it up!! The bench under the slide rocks back and forth, it's supposed to be stable and not move. The wood on the ladder has split down the middle. The slide is coming apart since it's 3 pieces versus one solid piece.

We purchased this play set for our daughter who is almost 3. We love the climbing wall and the ability to switch out swings (we put in a baby swing for our son). The play set was assembled and then found a cracked board, so they took care of the replacement and scheduling of maintenance. We also purchased assembly with our play set and for us, it was well worth the extra money to have it done in a day!

After looking at several places, this playset is the one that we finally decided on & we couldn't be happier with our purchase. The price is great for the value. The installation process wasn't near as bad as we thought it would be. The evening before we laid out all materials & put together the swing beam & rock wall which took about 3 hours. The following day my husband & father started working on it around 8 a.m & was finished by 5 p.m that same day, even stopped a little bit for lunch. The quality of the wood is very nice & it just looks perfect in our back yard. My 3 year old twins absolutely love it! I would recommend it to anyone looking to purchase one that doesn't want to spend a few thousand dollars.

Overall a very nice set , just read reviews , lay out pieces alphabetical order before hand and set up an area to set all the many different hardware on . Instructions can be a little vague with where exactly the pre drilled holes go ( up -down ,left - right )kinda look through the next steps to be prepared on which way some roof structure pcs go. And it took 4 guys putting together and 4 women to layout hardware and pcs about 7 hrs to do. Suggest to get a battery operated 1/4 in bit driver a lot faster along with another drill for drilling any holes and installing Philips screws in panels ........ Hope this helps. But very nice when put up my 4 yr old loves it.

This set is great for my 3 kids. They range from 2-7 and all of them love a different part! From the point of ordering to delivery we were constantly updated with an estimated of delivery. Because of Covid we could not get it assembled and that was the worst part. Took 3 men from 9-6 to put together. Kids love it though and that is all the matters!

I bought this at Christmas for my 18 month old and 3 1/2 yr old. It works great for them. They love the play house. I am disappointed in the slide. I wish it was a solid piece. It is flimsy. The set was easy to put together. I do wish this would be something my kids could play on for years to come. The wood is soft and can break easily. My plans are to replace the wood in future years. The swings are close together. I do wish I bought a swing kit and wood to do it my self. We didn't have the tools to do that.

We searched and planned for a year to purchase a playset/fort for our two grandchildren, Ethan 3 yrs and Emmett 8 months. Our son layed out all the parts last night. Dad and Grandad began assembly this morning. They are delighted with the quality and craftsmanship. Ethan came thru the garage and seeing both working on assembly, stopped and said. "This is amazing!!!" We look forward to many years watching them grow, play, explore, and let their imagnation soar.

It took a skilled man and two "go fers" about 10 hours to assemble. We had every power tool known to man! It is very well engineered, very sturdy, not splintery, and we are well pleased. It came in three huge boxes and the packing slips were invaluable because we knew which place to look for the nicely labeled individual parts. We had only two or three small problems in that a couple of the packet labels did not completely match the instruction label, but the part number did match so we were able to verify. At the end of the project we were about 8 nut and bolt sets short. Other than that every one of the spacers, nuts, bolts, fastners were there. The attention to child safety when considering the fasteners which the manufacturer used, was impressive. Take your time to study each picture and part photo. Very nice.
