I understand it's not an expensive play set but for over $1000 I would expect the main beam not to rock when two kids are on it. I also would expect the slide not to flex when they go down. We are going to have to spend extra time and money to make sure it's safe before we will let the kids on it again. It does look nice and the men who installed it stayed here for 12 hours getting the job done. I don't believe the issues are installation related, just cheap materials.

We absolutely love this set! Very well made! My 2 year old loves it! Although my husband is extremely handy when reading it would take 20-24 hours for 2 skilled people... We opted to pay the $400 for installation. This guy showed up and did it in 5 hours (he does them all the time) he recommended we stain it in fall and to make sure to fill out warranty card cause this company stands by product! Extremely happy all around!

Recently finished building this playset for my daughter. It is a lot of work for 1 person to complete. It took me about 14 hours to complete on my own. Having a second person would have been great. The instructions are easy to follow and the build, albeit tiring, but not too difficult. I would say the tough section was putting together the slide. The kit comes with ample amounts of screws, bolts, nuts, washers, etc. It also comes with small tools as well as driver bits for the bolts. Product feels solid as I stood on the upper platform to finish off the roof. Also fits perfect in the play area I set aside in the yard. So far so good!

We have really enjoyed this play set. HOWEVER, we paid extra for the installers. They completed the build in about 5-6 hours...GREAT. Unfortunately, my dad was the one there at our home when they completed the project. Once we got home, we noticed that there were several splits in the wood where they did not re-drill holes so that the screws went in better. The bench is also pretty wobbly. Other than that, great playset...will definitely need stained soon after purchase, though.

I bought this play set for a 3yr old and had it assembled. It is very nice but I can barely climb the ladder to get inside and I am 5'2" and I am not a heavy built person. The wood is very thin they used to build the play set so if you are going to have several kids playing I do not think this will last and hold up. Disappointed that they did not use a stronger swing beam and large boards the floor and uprights.

Chinese Red Cedar light wood that breaks easy. Didn't supply enough of proper bolts and extra of ones I didn't need. The instructions were backwards so be carful and take your time. 23+ hours to build.

This is a great play set for my grandchildren. It looks nice in the yard too. It did take a full day with 4 people working on it to put together and has lots and lots of screws!

Nice set at a reasonable price. Easy to put together too. A little on the flimsy side (ex: uses 1 3/8 x 3 3/8 boards instead of 2x4) but I'm sure it will hold and do the job. My daughter loves it!

This is the perfect size for our backyard and fabulous for a 2 year old and 5 year old. Great product and amazing quality. We paid to have it installed through the company and it was worth every penny.

The swing set is beautiful and well built. Our 3 year old loves to play with it now, and it will surely keep her interested for years to come. The assembly service was definitely worth it to know it would be done quickly and properly.
