I am used to the keto lifestyle and have found a few comfort foods such as this. This stuff is straight awful though. Terrible texture and flavor. Don't waste your time.

This is horrible cereal. Bad flavor, horrible taste, leaves a film of something in your mouth when done. Would not recommend this to anyone. We threw it away it was so bad. Both flavors. Like the idea but needs a lot of work

Not worth it at all!!! Was so gross and I wouldn't even give this to my dog! One bite and had to spit them out and I am not a picky eater at all and always open to try new things but these yuck!!!!!

The chocolate is ok; however, the cinnamon is absolutely awful! It tastes like vomit after taste. I am very well versed in keto being not as good as foods with sugar; this is the worst keto product I have tried, and I have tried a ton.

Save your money. This stuff is horrible. The taste is so weird I can't even describe it, plus it never gets in a little bit soft in milk. It's dry, dry, dry. Other than being lower carb, there is nothing good I can say about this cereal. Gross.

I found it enjoyable. It has the mouth feel of puffed cereal and it's sweet but not bitter, at least to me. I liked the chocolate one, reminds me of coco puffs though I haven't had that since I was kid. The cinnamon was decent. Overall I'd get it again

FINALLY! My husband found a keto cereal he likes! Just paid $65 for 2 tiny bags of another keto cereal at a specialty store and THEY are going in the trash. My hubby loves this! They even smell good and are like regular kids cereal. I hope this becomes a regular item here. Just sent for 2 more orders ! It's saved his diet!

Clearly I've been eating enough keto stuff to recognize that this won't compare to regular, full sugar, high carb cereal, but I THINK THIS IS DELICIOUS. I use Member's Mark unsweetened almond milk and I'm so happy to be able to have a bowl of cereal like I used to in my non-keto days. Thanks to Sam's for a more affordable price than I can find in any other store. I'll continue to purchase!

The chocolate flavor is the only one that's edible.
