LSGL6335F control panel does not light up
I like the stove but the panel only shows temp and time ,the rest I have to use my phone flashlight. I called thinking this can be repaired but no it does not light up. This is very annoying. Who designed this and why did they this no back light was a good idea, ugh. the newer models have it lit up now.

If you like a spotless stove do not get!!
I love the cooking and features on this stove but the bummer caps do not stay clean! If you get anything on the caps you are REQUIRED to clean them after use or you will have an ever lasting stain on them. Honestly this stove is amazing but material selection of the bummer caps is extremely flawed. I’ve cleaned with soap and water per users manual useless, tried baking soda and vinegar useless. I am so disappointed to have a beautiful stove with horrible looking caps.

Impossible to clean
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the performance and features but cleaning even after one use is impossible. Used the included griddle for the first time resulting in badly stained burner and cap. Used recommended mild dish soap to no avail. This can’t be right??

Poor User Interface
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This rating is not fair but I need LG’s attention. The User Interface ((UI), in this case, the control panel display, which is the interface to the user and should be of high quality to provide the user a good experience. Unfortunately, on this product the UI is extremely poor due to lack of lighting and visibility of the labels. I don’t understand how a technology company can produce such a poor UI. This shouldn’t have passed Quality Engineering and should have been rejected by management. I have a product that I need to use a flash light to see the labels every time I need to use it which is multiple times a day causing frustration. LG should fix this issue long term and should provide a stick on mask with bright and clear labels that can be seen without requiring a flash light. Very frustrated and disappointed customer.

This oven is awful cooking pizza
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this oven because of the features and ratings. What it does well is: bakes, roasts, air fry, clean, looks great. What it doesn’t do well is brown the bottom of my pizza. I’ve cooked Sicilian pizza in gas ovens for ever. This is the first convection oven I tried. It did an awful job. The top of the pizza cooked and browned well, but the bottom of the pizza Didn’t brown at all. Even using olive oil on a dark pan. We are really disappointed with the way this cooks pizza. My 30 year old gas oven cooks pizza much better. Now I’m stuck with this.

Really wanted to love it…
Really wanted to love this oven…bought an entire LGkitchen suite and laundry setup during a recent renovation. The cook options are wonderful and the temperature spot on. Unfortunately, the heat coming from the back vents has permanently stained (burned?) my white quartz backsplash an ugly yellow color. This most likely happened during the self clean cycle because of the high heat. Wish LG made some sort of heat deflector that I could add to the back to direct that high heat away from the back wall. Now I’m forced to replace that section of the backsplash with something that can withstand the intense heat. LG should offer an optional add on to address this problem. I consider this an epic design fail. A real shame.

Lovely to look at and lovely to Cook with
Purchased this appliance almost 4 weeks ago and have used all features except the air-fryer. I'm delighted with burner, broiler and oven performance. I'm even more pleased because I was warned that a stainless steel top was more difficult to clean. So far with minimal effort it's been a breeze to keep it clean and shiny with a stainless steel cleaner as suggested in the instructions. Grates have also been easy to wipe down. Only disappointment was the griddle which didn't seem to heat evenly and pancakes were not cooking at the same rate of time. I may have not preheated long enough.

Love the style
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the style but the burners don’t always come on even after waiting 10 seconds. So I try again; sometimes that works, sometimes not. LG repairman was here, cleaned out the burners but it’s still not right. He said it can take 10 seconds to light.

Deficient Electrical

Great upgrade but still needs a bit of design work
My wife and I love our new range. One problem that I found as the "dishwasher"is that I can't clean the back air vents.They get oil splatter from the cooktop and there is no way of removing them for cleaning. This problem needs to be redesigned! I have taken a Q-tip and tried to clean between the grates but that is a royal pain.
