The screen is damaged. There is no display. It has been looked at by a technician under warranty. I am waiting to hear from LG as to what the next step is.

I bought this as a replacement for my RV. It has been great! The TV WiFi picks up signal from most all campgrounds we go to. Picture quality is also excellent.
