[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I haven't decided to keep this TV yet and I am not sure how to get any support. The software is sluggish and clunky, takes forever, and doesn't always go to where one selected. The remote is difficult and not user friendly - buttons are positioned all wrong for the ergonomics and shape of the remote. The WiFi is tough because, even though I have a great connection speed in the room where this TV is (as high as +300Mbps but never lower than 150), streaming can be frustrating with the buffering, delays, time-outs, etc. On the good side, the picture is great the sound is better than one would expect, and it looks good in the room. I think one of the most irrating things is it doesn't stay on the menu screen and, erroneously, decides to pop back to some prevoius channel or app. That is so maddening!. I have researched what could be the cuases and it mostly points to updating apps or the operating system but it tells me all the apps are already up to date. I think there is just a glinch in the WebOS. I have not recycled the box yet and it could still be returned. .

Great color, nice features, wish the sound was bettter.
