i would like to give an excellent review to Kristin Chang the assistant store manager at the King of Prussia Mall in PA. Miss Chang is very knowledgeable about all the products in the store. She took the time to explain and go over with my husband the difference between each mattress and what will fit best for our needs. She gave her opinion as to which mattress will be more supportive for us. My husband and I wanted a firm mattress and was against the soft mattresses, but as soon as we tried the difference between the mattress we were more then please to go with the Tempur-Cloud Elite thanks to Miss Chang. I would highly recommend this specific store due to the knowledge and product availability and set up at the store.

I like Tempur-Pedic products. However this mattress is very firm. Purchased for back problems and so far I am getting used to.

Absolutely no documentation at time of delivery. This lead to hardship with rebate. You folks sell mattresses all day long I expected better.

I fall asleep almost immediately after I lay down. That has certainly improved since I purchased my mattress about 3 weeks ago!!

Picked up our new mattress, could not be better. T Acela for business every now and then, can't wait to back home to our own mattress! Love it
