it remains deformed all the time, it is not comfortable, my husband has to sleep on another mattress in the house because his back gets hurt when he sleeps on the mattress of our room

This mattress started out great, purchased in August of 2014, but now there are two "ruts" that formed and are uncomfortable....just a little shy of 3/4" deep. Not as happy now.

I called to make sure they had the mattress available. It was in stock and I had it in just a few days. I love how well I sleep on the Tempur-Cloud Elite. I have no complaints.

This mattress has to be the WORSE bed I have ever slept on. In less than 6 months the top MATTRESS started sagging and we kept flipping and rotating it as instructed. It is a piece of junk and for this price it should have lasted A LIFETIME!!
