The hybrid mattress is on the firm side. I have not experienced bad pain since my first night. It is very comfortable. I did think I would feel the massage settings more but it is still felt. I love the mattress.

This mattress started out great, purchased in August of 2014, but now there are two "ruts" that formed and are uncomfortable....just a little shy of 3/4" deep. Not as happy now.

I like the comfort of the mattress but after sleeping on the bed for just a few days the foot part of the movable base stopped working. Now I get to figure out how to get it fixed.

Bed sinked in within a few months, hurts my back when i wake up and now they won't honor the warranty. Now I'm stuck with a really expensive mattress as well as a very uncomfortable one.

What a wonderful thing to finally have a great night's sleep. It is so comfortable it is hard getting out of bed in the morning. Love the firmness yet the foam topping first gives you an ah-hah moment when you first get into bed.

We have had the adjustable one for almost 3 years and what a difference it has made in my life..I have really bad back problems and it has helped me tremendously..

We love it, I came from an older generation Tempur-Pedic, too rigid for my wife but this new Cloud Mattress proves to be the perfect compromise. We sleep well. Could not believe how it was shipped and compressed... impressive.
