I have not been happy with this mattress at all. My back pain had not improved with this mattress. Is not comfortable and suppose to be cooling but is very warm. Mattress is very heavy just trying to lift corners to put linens on bed. Very disappointed!

Love the bed do not like the fact you have to crawl all over the back to get mattress registration numbers and on the base impossible to get them. When the bed is delivered to customers drivers should get numbers off before putting bed together. It is so heavy it is not something a average person can move around.

There is seriously no other mattress that is better!! Well worth the money!!

I ORDERED OVER THE PHONE AND THOUGHT I WAS GETTING THE BED THAT WAS FIRM BUT SOFT THAT MOVED AND MASSAGED. BUT THAT IS NOT WHAT I GOT THE MATTRESS IS VERY HARD AND DOES NOT MASSAGE AND IF MY HUSBAND MOVES HIS SIDE UP I HAVE TO MOVE MINE UP AND I JUST HAD BOTH SURGERY AND A PAIN PUMP PUT IN SO IT IS VERY UNCOMFORTABLE FOR ME BUT MY HUSBAND LOVES IT. I JUST WISH I WOULD HAVE WENT TO A STORE AND GOTTEN WHAT I ASKED FOR ALSO I NEVER GOT MY FREE PILLOWS I WAS PROMISED

This is the second Temperpedic we have purchased. The first one lasted 10 years and replaced it because we had worn divits into it. The new one is really comfortable and both of us have no more back pain plus sleeping 8 plus hours each night. It can't be beat.

Very disappointed in the performance. I bought a king size tempurpedic Six years ago. For the price I paid....almost $5000, I expected it to last longer. I cannot even use half of the mattress as the "memory" is totally gone and it just sinks. Too much money for value.

I purchased this mattress four years ago after the sales person's pitch that my back would feel so much better after a few weeks of sleeping on it. I can hardly get out of bed in the morning and wish I had not invested this much money just to be terribly disappointed!

I was not sleeping well, and from the first night on the new bed, my body just fades away into the comfort and quality of this mattress. I wake up every morning refreshed and ready for whatever the day brings. Be sure to buy the best mattress, which in my opinion is a Tempur-Pedic, besides you don't want another bad night of sleep since you literally spend 1/3 of your life sleeping!!
