I put off buying a new mattress for years because of the price. After waking up every morning with neck and back pain, I decided I had enough. Trust me, you get what you pay for with this mattress and my money was well spent. I was initially turned off because of the price but I couldn't be happier with my purchase. I have had no pain since the mattress was delivered and I am finally sleeping through the night.

I recently needed to replace the Tempurpedic mattress that we had owned for nearly 20 years. This mattress had none of the cushyness that we were used to. My wife found it to be too firm although we ordered the soft version. The real deal breaker however was the cover. The weave on the cover is as slick as ball bearings in one direction. We were not able to keep the sheets on the mattress all night. I would wake up tangled in the sheets. Our first tempur had a soft velveteen cover and we never had an issue. We recommended it highly. We were extremely disappointed. Does no one test these designs? This seems to me to be a major flaw. We are returning the mattress to the retailer today.

Soft, cool mattress. I still have some joint pain in my shoulders, but not too bad. The company does not hold up on their warranty. After being "approved" for a warranty replacement, they did not hold up on their end of the bargain and offered no compensation despite agreeing that I had a defective mattress that warranted free replacement.

We tried out perhaps 15 different mattresses in the store before deciding on this one. Our old mattress had developed the low sides, high ridge in the center, and we both were experiencing uncomfortable nights and waking up to lower back pain. Our new mattress is the firm model, and its amazing. Easy in and out, turning over doesn't shake the whole bed, and the support is exactly what we needed for a great nights sleep. Living in the south with heat and humidity, this one also sleeps cooler than our old set, and actually has allowed us to save $$ by not having to turn the AC down as much at night! What a nice surprise that has been! Highly recommend the mattress, it has definitely made our lives more comfortable.

I waited to write a review until I have slept in the bed for a few months. Now that I am four months in I think it is safe to say it had not helped with my back pain at times I wake up sore which sucks when my sciatic is acting up. But my husband loves it he works night and he does seem to sleep better I just hoped it would suit both our needs since it was so expensive.

If I could give my mattress half a star I would. I got my Tempur-Pedic mattress 8 months ago. It is the WORST mattress I've ever owned. My body hurts when I wake up. My back is sore, my hip hurts and sometimes my shoulder hurts. I don't sleep very well anymore because the mattress is incredibly uncomfortable. I do not recommend it!!

I have owned two tempurpedics and now my entire family and several friends own them on my recommendation. Everyone has their favorite one, but everyone loves them all. I sleep better than I've ever slept, never wake up stiff or sore, and simply look forward to every night that I can sleep at home. Nice hotel beds used to be a draw for me. Now, nothing beats my tempur.

After 1 night on my new Tempur pedic, I woke up pain free and have cancelled appointment with doctor. Both me and my husband had a GREAT night sleep. WE LOVE IT and sorry we waited so long.

I love our new bedding! My husband and I love our mattresses because we can sink into the mattresses, and they simply cuddle around you! Both support and comfort makes you fall asleep easily and awake feeling better rested than ever before. I love being able to raise and to lower the mattresses to watch television from bed and then to recline when sleep is needed. Our backs wake up happy and rested! I am happy to recommend these mattresses as one of our best purchase ever! They are worth every penny spent on the best!

I never believed the hype about Tempur-Pedic until I slept on one in a hotel. I came home and bought one right away. Fantastic support and very comfortable. My back, hips, neck nothing hurts me anymore. I am very pleased with this mattress and cannot say enough good things about it. This is a firm mattress, I like the softer ones too but thought this would last longer.
