I've had ongoing back problems and I definitely sleep better now than I did on my old mattress. I love that I can continue to sleep if my husband gets out of bed in the middle of the night, the movement on his side does not disturb my sleep. Looking forward to many more nights of great sleep on our Tempur-pedic!

We have experience several mattresses in our lifetime and have been satisfied. Our purchase of the Tempur-Pedic was our best decision. We purchased the platform that elevates the head and feet and love the experience. I sleep comfortable, long, and peaceful.. We both wake up refreshed and so stiffness. All of our previous mattress can not compare to the comfort that we experience now. I love the feel and medium firmness, also the coolness that I experience even through the sheets.

Terrible. Our mattress has a large dip or sag. Very uncomfortable. I have measured it as instructed to prove the problem. I sent a copy of receipt. Pictures of mattress with required measurement tool. Pictures of tag. But still no warranty. Over a year and now asking for more information on platform. I sent everything that was ask at first and they keep adding stuff. They are liars. No warranty. Don't by their product.

This is our fourth TempurPedic mattress and second Tempur-Cloud Elite. We have a vacation home which is completely filled with TempurPedic mattresses. Our new home has 2 new mattresses. We go directly through TempurPedic to order and have them delivered so we don't have to hassle with retail stores. It makes a huge difference in the overall buying experience. My husband and I are retired now, but we have a hard time pulling ourselves out of our soooooo comfortable bed in the morning! We will never own a different mattress!

Cloud Elite is my third attempt with a Tempurpedic mattress. Very hard and poor quality all around. After a bad purchase of a Cloud Luxe Breeze and a lot of try outs in different retailers, my experience with the Cloud Luxe Breeze was nothing like the showroom bed, which was comfortable, no pressure points and supportive. What I received was very firm and uncomfortable. After 3 months, it lost its coolness and sank on to the hard support foundation. So, after more try outs at different retailers, I opted for a split Califorinia King Cloude Elite. Upon delivery, I was shocked to see one side was much firmer and 1 inch thinner than the other split mattress. Exchanged it for another, same thickness but even firmer, and yet it sinks in too much! Very uncomfortable with pressure points contrary to its product description. I wake up hurting all over. For what these mattresses cost, the product is very substandard and their quality control is poor. Very disappointing, I feel ripped off and stuck with junk.

The vibrating base sends me to sleep before the timer goes off. If I wake up during night (usually to go to the bathroom), I turn it on and again am asleep before it ever goes off. Love the bed, love the mattress and the new sheets.. Feel like I'm in a 5 start hotel! Very pricey but worth every penny!

It was time to make a mattress purchase for another bedroom and it had to be Tempur-Pedic. This bed is absolutely the best! This mattress retains a perfect shape and feel all over... even to the edge of the bed. If sleep is important to you... there is no better alternative!

Very disappointed in the performance. I bought a king size tempurpedic Six years ago. For the price I paid....almost $5000, I expected it to last longer. I cannot even use half of the mattress as the "memory" is totally gone and it just sinks. Too much money for value.

I don't usually write bad reviews. I usually just don't buy the product anymore. Twelve thirteen years ago we bought the king size TempurCloud. It was perfect and we enjoyed it for a long time. It was time to replace it and bought the queen size TempurCloudElite and it is terrible. It feels like somebody has had this bed before or poor quality. It is low on the sides and a big hump in the middle. I will never buy from online again. I will go to the store where I have some recourse.

I rarely was a back sleeper before my cloud elite because my many spring mattresses never felt exactly right to my back. Side sleeping, however, was a problem because of my big shoulders and the pressure I would eventually feel sleeping that way. On my cloud elite, I now sleep mainly on my back and do not wake-up as much. My sleep has improved. I do feel a little heat sometimes with the mattress not a breeze model (none made for the elite version), but it is not "hot" like my other mattress and not a problem. I looked at the cloud supreme breeze model but felt some pressure points and also felt my back was pushed upward too much. I weigh 195 pounds and I'm 5:10. I also use an adjustable base to sometimes lift my head a little. My wife and I plan on keeping this mattress. We tried the sleep number i8 but found it too firm for us. I am extremely picky about my mattresses.
