Hate, hate, HATE my Tempurpedic Mattress. Back, neck pain worse than sleeping on the cheap mattress we had. The whole mattress is covered in "pill balls." Bought the expensive sheets to go with it at the same store, so it is not due to "cheap" sheets. Did I say how much I hated my Tempurpedic mattress?

Updating my Tempurpedic has been an awesome experience. I sleep through the night like sleeping on air. It stays warm when I have to get out for a short time. Pillows keep my head aligned correctly. I am refreshed in the morning. Cannot find anything negative so far!!!

I don't know the kind of mattress I have but it is the 8" original mattress and I have had three of these mattresses. I have bought over $2000 worth of sheets to try to fit the 8" mattress. I have even had sheets made for the bed however the material pilled and threw two sets away ( and $$$). I called tempur-pedic and they do not have a sheet that fits an 8" mattress. So unless you want to wake up each morning in a tangled mess of sheet, don't buy this mattress or the 10" or the 12" as the deep pocket sheets don't fit. Very frustrated that I cannot find a solution and husband says get rid of all beds as he is tired of the bed mess.

After only five years the mattress has sunk in on one side after many many calls finally they send someone out to review it in person and still denied our claim I told you my dad is 90years old it was so uncomfortable and so miserable for him when I came over he would be crying and say please get this bed out of here we called and called and still got NO HELP...... Gave the mattress away bought a $1200 king size mattress and now he sleeping better than he has in years

I bought a memory foam mattress from a different company which caused me severe back pain which was growing day by day. I returned it by paying the shipping costs and bought a tempurpedic memory foam. The back pain slowly vanished. I am very happy with the quality and feel of the mattress. I would have given a five star but these are little pricey. I would think more people would buy if the price is not so high.

Waste of money!!! Do not waste your money on this mattress. It is extremely hot and uncomfortable. I had terrible back pain from sleeping on this. It's pretty bad when you get a restful night sleeping on the couch. I exchanged this piece of garbage for the mattress one step up, which I had to pay extra for and it is no better. It's a huge marketing scheme. You buy an expensive mattress to have a wonderful night sleep instead you get back issues.

Tempur Pedic is a quality mattress; you don't have to worry about sagging, dents, or holes. I've had my previous Tempur Pedic for over 15years. It's worth the investment.

The bed was delivered as scheduled, delivery men were quick and professional. Removed all packaging and took them less than an hour. The mattress is the best mattress I have ever slept on, I have back issues and after sleeping on this mattress I am able to get out of bed without much pain.

I thought it would wear off and I would go back but no, 1 year later and still sleeping like never before. I thought the price was too high but now see that it is rreally worth the investment. Nothing like good sleep!!!

I purchased a tempur-pedic mattress less than 6 months ago and it was soft one. Over the last couple of months, I started having soreness and pain in my shoulders and by time it was obvious that soft mattress was not a good fit for me. The free trial is 90 days only. I was told by both the business and customer service that nothing can be done there were no exceptions. Bottom of the story, after spending 12 k on a mattress I now need to buy a new firm one. I believe that 90 days were not long enough for me to decide. I am quite disappointed by my purchase.
