This mattress is really great! We have a standard Rhapsody queen that we have owned about 4 years. We purchased a Tempur Cloud Elite for another bedroom used by guests. We decided to sleep on it to compare it to the Rhapsody. The Cloud Elite turned out to be more comfortable than the Rhapsody. It does not have "hot spots" like the Rhapsody and the removable zipper cover is great in case of accidents. The removable cover seems to help prevent the "hot spots" and makes the Cloud Elite more comfortable than the Rhapsody which is a higher priced mattress. When we decide to replace the Rhapsody, the Cloud Elite will be the one we get providing it is still available.

I was looking forward to getting a tempur-pedic bed and spent a good amount of money on my selection. I was told to give the mattress time and it would break in. Well it's been a year and it still feels like I'm sleeping on concrete. I wake up every morning in pain all over my body. Now I have to spend more money (that I don't have since I'm a single mom of three kids) to buy a foam or gel topper to make it possible to sleep on my bed. Unfortunately I will not buy another. :(

I purchased this bed a month ago and I have to say I no longer toss and turn at night! It is firm but still moves with my body. I have many aches and pain and have spent years trying to get comfortable at night so that my joints do not ache. This bed from day one gave me relief so that I can now sleep and wake up feeling rested.

I love the bed.

This is the first mattress in years that doesn't cause some type of pain. I wish I had bought it years ago. I haven't been comfortable for so long. I can sleep in any position on this mattress. It's supportive enough for back and stomach sleeping and gives enough on the shoulders and hips for side sleeping. I prefer sleeping on my stomach at least part of the night and most beds are either too soft to support my back or too hard for my large chest. This lets my chest sink in just enough and keeps my back straight. When I go to bed I lay on my back and actually smile because I'm so comfortable. I have low back and hip problems the last couple of years and every other bed I've tried I feel like someone is punching me all night. I would have been happy with a mattress that didn't actively cause pain- but this not only doesn't hurt but actually feels really good. I forgot what that feels like. I'll be sticking with Tempur-pedic from here on out. Love it!

I bought this mattress 90 days ago and it hurt my back so bad that I returned it to purchase the Contour Rhapsody Luxe. For me it was too soft and through me out of alignment. I kept it more days then I should do to everyone thinking that I would get use to it. But the lack of sleep and getting up sore made me realize that it was the mattress and I was not going to get use to it.

I find it difficult to get up in the mornings with this bed. It is so much better than my old Tempur-Pedic. I love the softness of this bed, yet the support and conformity to my body has taken away issues waking up with back pain. I have epidurals due to disc issues and this bed has saved me!

We LOVE our King size Tempur Cloud Elite! We splurged on it because we have always heard Tempurs are the best and we have not been disappointed. There is plenty of room for us plus our dog. There is no bounciness to the bed at all--it provides a smooth and seamless night's rest. We can never feel when one of us (or our hound) moves around at night. It is the perfect fit for us!

I have had my Tempurpedic exacty 4 1/2 yaers. For the 1st year it was fine. It has been downhill ever since. And, for the last several months, I wake up with all over body pain. The pain would be gone by late morning, so I finally realized it may be the matress. I started sleeping in the guest room, and from the first night of doing that, NO PAIN in the morning! Just went and purchased a new mattress this past weekend. Looking forward to getting rid of the Tempurpedic. Worst purchase ever. And it was NOT a cheap purchase. Not worth the money. Certainly did not last .

We purchased this mattress almost 5 years ago in Nov. The first 2 years it was a great mattress but after that me and my husband wake up during the night with really back aches. I sleep on side stomach and I am woken up at night from the pain on my spine, hip and shoulder. The problem is it's not as firm as it was the first two years. You might not be able to see that it is soft in the areas you sleep in because it's a memory foam mattress and it always goes back. My husband and I fight over the middle section of the bed because it's still firm there. We spent a lot of money on this mattress thinking it would not sink in (dip) and that it would be a comfortable mattress for at least 10 years. I'm having to go back and forth from this mattress to the guest room bed. Really disappointed.
