Reliable and comfortable product

This is our second TEMPUR-PEDIC mattress. Our first we kept for 12 years. This one is more comfortable and well worth the price

Having the cool effect does not work and I would not recommend I recommend it. Even the Built-in product tells me I'm sleeping hot

I would not buy this product again. I was hoping to get some back pain relief and instead it has increased and spread to other areas. It is way too expensive for all the hassle of "breaking it in". It is difficult to get out of after you sink in. Now I am stuck with a bed I do not like.

If I had to do it all over again, I would. There is one thing that I wouldn't do though and that is spend $400.00 one two of the tempurapedic pillows. I was told when we bought the pillows that you would get free protective pillows, but what they didn't us is that you only get one protective pillow case per household. If I am spending that much money I feel that you should get one pillow case per pillow.
