I did not have a problem redeeming the gift card. It was delivered in an hour or two. I could exchange it for the gift card I wanted (Lowe's). It is a great deal.

These Zift Zillions cards are difficult if not impossible to use. When you go to the website to exchange it for a retailer giftcard, 90% of the time you will get this error - "We are unable to verify the order information you provided." And this is even when it shows you have a balance on the card! Not sure why it happens, but on a couple of them after repeatedly trying on different days, it has ended up being successfully exchanged as expected. But I still have some that fail every time. Will probably have to call their customer support. These were being sold at a discount at a Sams Club grand opening - great value if you can actually get them to work.

Sam's Club is deleting reviews. Don't get this. It's a scam. You might be lucky to log into the website and claim it. Or you'll get an error message and be out of your hard earned money. AVOID THIS

If I could give this 0 stars, I would. When I purchased this card I had clicked on the link to see where I could redeem it for, and I was excited to be finished with christmas shopping by getting some teenagers what they wanted. After I purchased I logged on to redeem and lo-and-behold, there are only 16 out of the over 300 places, and NONE of them were anywhere that I wanted. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM! I called the company thinking maybe there was a mistake and I was doing something wrong, and they basically told me "That sucks". Luckily I was able to get a full refund from Sam's Club, but not everyone can be so lucky.
