The quality is what I typically expect from Premier Protein. I've bought their shakes for years and was really excited to see this lemon bar option. They're pretty good, but I think it's lacking in the lemon flavor. I guess I expected it to be a little more tart and a stronger lemon flavor. These have a soft, creamy flavor that was good, but just didn't have the strong lemon flavor I prefer.

This is so delicious! My all time favorite is the cafe latte. As much as I enjoy fruit flavors, I don't usually enjoy them in a shake like this, until now. This tastes less artificial and powdery to me than a strawberry one. It tastes of lemon without being too sweet, and there's a hint of a shortbread biscuit flavor. I'm so glad they have this, and I will be purchasing more.

More a lemon cream taste. Something to be acquired.
