Lemon Bar flavor tastes like old milk that had cereal in it. I returned it the next day and exchanged it for the cafe latte.

The aftertaste is a little lemony, but overall it has more of a plain “bar” taste. I wouldn't buy them again.

This is by far, my favorite premier protein flavor. It is smooth, and has the most incredible “fruity pebbles milk” flavor. I wish it were a year round flavor vs limited edition. I’m trying to stock up so I can make it through until next spring when it is hopefully produced again. (Much to my spouse’s dismay) I highly recommend.

If you are looking for a very tangy, lemony flavor, this may not be the one for you. My husband and I thought it tasted like the milk after eating a bowl of Froot Loops. He's not much of a lemon guy but he really liked the flavor. I love the smooth texture, the fact that it's not too thick, and it works great as a meal replacement or post-workout protein drink. Overall I am a big fan of this product- looking forward to trying other flavors.
