This is a solid machine; may be short on some of the bells and whistles, but a solid machine. I use it on level 8 (shows 22 levels) and gives me a solid and low impact workout. I've owned allot of machines across the board, and this is my favorite all time.

This used to be called a Hiit machune because it is not a true elliptical or step machine. It does not connect to iFit programs and guve control over the programming the way to pther devices do, however, nothing brings your heart rate up the way this does!

So does this mean you cant use it without the connection ot he programming

Do not buy this machine or do business with pro-form. We used to have one of these machines and it had great programs built into it. This thing does not, and the customer service lied to me on two calls that there were manual programs built in without paying a $40 a month subscription. Finally, after wasting lots of my time, one of their reps confessed that there was nothing except the manual program that you have to change the resistance yourself. Shame on these companies that want to hook you into subscriptions and I wish Sams Club had done a better job of saying this upfront. As a matter of fact to protect their members, they shouldn’t even carry these types of exercise equipment.What a rip off.

My review is largely on the experience of dealing with Sam's club after placing the order. The product is great and works well. My issue lies with placing the order and it showing before and after checkout 'delivery and set up included'. One would think this would include in home delivery and product installation. After getting the run around for a week via phone, chat, and email, I'm told I have to purchase separate Angi installation of I want set up as it stated and that nothing would be done about it. The order was placed via the mobile site and I included screenshots showing delivery and set up included, but Sam's Club didn't care and said they'd relay the possible mistake. If they said this right away that would've been more acceptable than wasting hours dealing with the issue to be told sorry you're out off luck.

Do not buy! Console broken and they want to charge for a replacement and charge for installation. Warranty is a joke!

It is us failed product it makes lot of noise so annoying. Please don’t buy this not worth it.

It would have been nice to know they don't deliver inside. They left it outside on my driveway. I live with children and have nobody to help me move it in until tomorrow.
