It’s beautiful to look at. Love the features. However, I’ve had a lot of trouble with the SS not wanting to work. I found help online about the black button inside, but I’ve had to repeat it 3x .. this issue should be in the booklet because it’s certainly an issue, and a very frustrating one. Otherwise, I love the machine. I just hope the SS doesn’t keep acting up

I love the coffee maker Only suggestion I have is that the individual cups be able to brew more than 12 oz. My coffee cups are only half full! I do realize that the ounces are equal to the amount of coffee in the individual k cups however, even at 12 oz the coffee is quite strong. Just my thoughts!

We had an older Cuisinart pod and brew coffee center and it finally served its time. We bought this through another third party and received it in two days. This Center is a step up from the previous model. It has a shelf for a shorter cup and a temperature control for the carafe. In addition, one can have the coffee brewed bold. It's sleek and looks good next to our expresso machine.

Great coffee maker & nice design! The only flaw is the flip shelf for the coffee cup/k-cup. For larger cups, they don't fit on the shelf & it's not easy to clean, as the k-cups splatter a lot. Resolve this & you have a super coffee maker. Thank you!

We made 3 pots of coffee and 4 single cups and then the coffee maker stopped working. The lights would light, we carefully went over the manual, we went online looking for troubleshooting guidance...no matter what we could never get the coffee maker to work again.

I love this coffee maker. The new model is a little more difficult to operate than the old one (which I have at home). I bought this for my rental unit out West and so far I am very happy with the quality of the coffee and the ease of brewing. Just took a while to understand the buttons to switch between modes.

I hesitated to pull the trigger after reading so many bad reviews, but there is a limited choice out there for dual brewing machines, so i rolled the dice with this one. My machine is working after a month and I couldn't be happier with it. The single serve side is my favorite of any I've had so far and we all know they only live a year or two, so I've had many. The glass carafe feels razor thin and cheap. I make a point to be extra gentle with it so it lasts. I'm sure replacements are available somewhere and it's not a deal breaker if I smash it. I am happy enough with the functionality of both halves of the machine that I will happily deal with this. I will update if the machine dies prematurely. If so, I won't try any of the other dual machines and will buy sesperate cheapo machines and consider them disposable when they break every year.

For the price it has it all. Fast and convenient and makes a great cup of coffee. Single or full carafe is easy to do makes our mornings fun again. The carafe pours nicely with no spills and the reusable filter saves time and money. Highly recommend to anyone who wants an affordable and easy to use coffee maker.

This coffeemaker is exactly what I hoped it would be! So great options you have for a great cup of coffee, yet the machine is easy to use. I love that i can brew for the carafe then use the pod side and when the pod side is done brewing it goes back to keeping your carafe warm. LOVE this so much, the only thing is that it’s a bit louder than my previous Cusinart coffeemaker but that does not affect the ease nor the amazing coffeemaker this is. I highly recommend!

I absolutely love it! The way it pours coffee perfectly every time is amazing, and I really appreciate how it keeps my coffee warm throughout the day. It’s such a thoughtful and practical gift. Honestly, this has to be the best Christmas gift I’ve ever received—couldn’t be happier!
