Simply put this coffee maker is awful. Never a consistent pot. Have tried the basket, it over flows the grinds, same with paper filter, not even a full pot of coffee, can’t imagine the mess if I was to brew a whole pot. Can’t trust it to not over flow.

We love this coffee maker. It’s easy to use and we can do k cups when we have company. We have a pot in the morning and it’s kept hot on the plate. There are all kinds of setting so you can make the kind of coffee your desire. The maker lasts for a long time, 7 years, used every day we were home. The coffee is excellent.

Easy to set up. Enjoy having multiple options, i.e., perk a pot, pod option, ice over coffee. The individual reusable filter cup allows me to use my own ground coffee rather than a pod which is a very nice option also. Cuisinart always comes through with great product. Thank you.

We were looking for a coffeemaker that would allow us to brew a single cup-with a kcup and our own coffee; as well as brew a whole pot. This coffeemaker gives many options! It brews a hot cup of coffee in a short time. Im very happy with this coffeemaker!

Disappointed. Had been using the previous model for 3 years and decided to upgrade to this new model. Mainly use the pod feature. The ounce selection is NOT accurate. The 12 oz selection barely gives you a 10 ounce output. And I tested it using no pod so as not to account for water absorption in the grounds. When you brew a coffee in the 8 or 10 oz feature you barely get a half cup! Also, I use the latte pods which contain powdered flavor instead of grounds. The brew cycle does not fully dissolve the powder. This did NOT happen with the older model. Always got a full cup. Love Cuisinart products but very disappointed with this profuct.

awesome. does what i like and makes it easy. my only knock and maybe with all pod based brews is the coffee is not as hot as i like it to be. i tend to make a small 4 cup pot instead of going the pod route. i do like the reusable pod to use my own coffee. i bought extras so i had some in rotation as they need to dry out before using again. i use the program feature as well. it is nice to set it for a time and the coffee is waiting on you.

My Airbnb guests love the versatility of choosing a pod, a single-serve of their favorite ground coffee, or a carafe of their favorite ground coffee. Also appreciated is being able to adjust cup size. High-quality machine, easy to use and great tasting results.

After doing some research I was very excited to receive this product. I went through the steps to set up and went to start the prep process per instructions, but the combo buttons to "start" did not work. All of the other buttons lit up, but this one didn't. Since I could not even start the unit, I sadly had to return.

The coffeemaker does what it’s supposed to do. It looks great and has a nice (small) footprint. However…the markings on the unit and on the coffee pot are next to impossible to read for anyone with even a slight sight deficiency. I had difficulty even when using a flashlight (caused a glare). I’ve been using a measuring cup to measure water for the carafe. I’ve decided this is ridiculous. I will, unfortunately, be returning the unit and looking for another brand, with clear markings. I hope Cuisinart will make the marking darker, providing more contrast, in the future, as I am otherwise a fan of their products.

Outstanding coffee maker! Brews quickly and the coffee is HOT! The appliance has options for cold-brewing, which is a nice option. It is such a space saver to have both the single cup and the carafe in one unit. Excellent choice for those who love coffee.
