We bought the Coffee Center 2-in-1 Coffeemaker after a recent visit to my sisters home. I told her that we just had to finally replace our old Cuisinart 12 cup programable coffee maker after it developed an internal leak after many years of service. We purchased a new Cuisinart 12 cup "stainless steel" programable coffee maker and were soon disappointed with the machine. First of all unlike our old machine it was almost entirely made of plastic and felt like it was low quality. Additionally the carafe did not pour correctly and often we would end up with water (while filling) or coffee (while pouring) if it poured too fast on the counter top. Liquid would spill over the sides of the spout. Within a couple of months we decided to replace the new 12 cup with the 2-in-1 machine. We have been presently surprised and enjoy programing as well as the K cup feature. Cuisinart has been redeemed in my opinion. Now I just need to decide what to do with the "new" 12-cup machine that caused much disappointment!

I like this coffee device but give it a 4 star only . The coffee isn’t hot enough when done just warm . and i need to put it in the microwave to heat. Not boiling hot but reasonably hot as coffee should be drunk . So there is where my disappointment lies .

Live the coffee maker. Quickly makes really great ,hot coffee. It did take a call to the help line to get the single side going. I bought my mom one and had the same issue. I could not remember all the steps, so I called help line again. This time the person wasn't really sure how to solve the problem. But she was very nice and said she would send out a new machine. Very nice customer service on both calls. There were several key thing that had to be done to get the single side going that are not included in the instruction booklets. Once you get it going, it's a great coffee! Very satisfied.

Great coffee maker, both options pod and carafe are functional at the same time so if I have a full pot brewing someone else can do a pod of a specialty coffee if desired, auto start is also a good option, size is perfect because it slides under the upper cabinets and it doesn’t take lot of space.

We love the cuisinart coffee central with 2 in 1 glass coffee pot and pod capability. The coffee maker is easy to use and program. We selected the brew strength and time we want the coffee maker to go on in the morning with ease. The coffee stays hot for two hours after brewing.

I wanted a coffee maker with a glass craft & a single cup option. This was the best choice after buying three different Cuisinart coffee makers. I do recommend this one so far, however steer clear of the coffee maker that has the coffee grinder in it. It turned on by itself in the middle of the night with out being programmed to do so, I had to unplug it to get it to stop. Plus the grounds are super messy and annoying to clean. It’s a muddy mess inside of the unit to deal with every day.

Brews delicious hot coffee very fast! Just read over the directions carefully and watch their video if needed. The single serve pod side is pretty good, but again, read and reread the directions! Make sure you line up the water container with the hook on the back of the coffee maker or it won’t brew. That may be way there are several reviews claiming the pod side didn’t work. I also thought I bought a dud, but discovered the water container wasn’t properly aligned and once I corrected that it worked great! However, the coffee grinds in the pod kind of explode in the upper part where it spikes the coffee pod. So, clean it out after each use or the coffee grinds build up in it and will end up in your coffee. Yuck! (See pics). If there was a fix for that, I’d have given it 5 stars because I love Cuisinart products, especially their coffee makers.

I have been waiting to write my review because of a small issue. I wanted to see if it was a fluke. I bought my 2 in 1 coffee maker one month ago. I absolutely love the look of it, and how quickly it brews! Also love how hot the coffee is! My one concern is when we brew on the auto setting, once the coffee brews the clean light goes on, so the coffee in the pot doesn’t stay hot. Trying to troubleshoot this weekend. Hopefully it’s an easy fix!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great coffee maker! Easy to use and my coffee tastes great. It brews just a little slower but that's why the coffee tastes better. It fits under my kitchen cupboards perfectly, slides easily on the counter top, and isn't overly wide.
