This is the third 2 in 1 that I have had that refuses to work for K-cup singe serve after a few months of activity. You have sent me 3 replacements and now the third time around I am having the same issue. I do descale the system and clean the machine regularly. I am very disappointed; and suggest someone on your design team takes a relook at the coffee maker design to rectify this recurring issue.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this coffee maker to replace an older cuisinart that had reached its final cup. It served us well. We love the redesign of the new machine!! It brews consistently good coffee with a pod or regular pot. No complaints.Love that you can pick a size for the pod side. Very convenient for smaller mugs. Hoping this will last as long as our old one which was around 15 years old.

Easy to use. Makes coffee fast. The only thing i dont like is the water filter is kinda in the way when you put the water in. You have to pour the water really slow to make it in the small opening to put water in. Single cup area is a great addition and works great

I absolutely love my Cuisinart 2-in-1 Coffee Maker. I can use pods or fill in my own to make a 4 oz, 6 oz, 8 oz, or 12 oz cup. I can also use the carafe to make a pitcher of coffee. The best thing is that it does not have an internal water reservoir.

I've been using Cuisinart coffeemaker for 20 years now. The last one, a combo like this was acting up. Nice to see they listened to those complaining about the side the carafe was on. That left side placement was awkward for the majority of us righthand people. Relieving pressure to open pod side a big improvement as well. Can't see me ever going to a different brand.

It nice to have both options, and it safes counter space. The carafe side works fine - it works similar to the the older model that I had....The pod side is a little bit more finicky...Initially, I had trouble with it punching a good hole...but I discovered that there were protective rubber cover on the pins. Once I removed the protective cover, it worked fine (the manual doesn't indicate the rubber should be removed). When you place the reservoir back after filling, it needs to be perfectly aligned, or it doesn't work. I also wish the reservoir was larger...but I guess the reservoir size was sacrifice in order to combine it. So far, I would buy this product again

We love the convenience of having the carafe and single serving. Wake up to a freshly made carafe of coffee and then make a single cup of tea, coffee in the afternoon or evening. Great when guests are here too! My only negative is the spout on the carafe does not pour well. It tends to dribble/drip down the carafe. I would recommend a different, maybe wider, design.

I love the concept of a 12 cup pot and individual cups also! I use my coffee maker every AM I am at home. Even have an old Cuisinart in the attic for the times my current pot decides to stop working. Went through a time where every pot I purchased, returned and got a replacement had problems with the on off button. I notice with this SS series the button is more substantial! Fingers crossed that this is the key.

The pod feature on the first machine we purchased NEVER worked at all. We returned it and decided to take a chance purchasing a second same machine. This pod feature works barely after pressing the button at least 15 times. The lighted clock stopping lighting up at all 3 weeks after purchase. The carafe side works is the only redeeming quality.
