We love this new machine. Space saving, looks great. No issues at this point with either the K-Cup or carafe side.

Bought product for the pod feature and to replace 8 year old drip Cuisinart. I have used it for 30 days and it meets my expectations.

This is one of our best purchases. It makes a great cup of coffee (hot or over ice) much more consistent than our former keurig.

Out of the box the pod side does not work. The carafe side is great. I like that you can set the temperature you want.
