We bought this to replace our old Keurig Duo and returned it. It isn't tall enough to fit travel mugs under the pod side without taking the drip tray apart. Even then you can't get the full mug out without spilling coffee. The carafe leaks when pouring. It made weird noises while it was keeping the carafe warm. Having 2 water reservoirs wasn't convenient.

I had a dual coffee maker that didn’t perk at a consistent heat and had a short keep warm cycle after brewing. The brand I had had many of the same features but its carafe or pot made a mess every time someone tried to pour a cup of coffee. The single pod side still worked fine but had extended company and wanted something more reliable and easy to use with a resevoir for the pod section.

It is bigger than I expected and the single serve side has a different kind of screen than I’m not use to. It does take regular k cups. It does have options for amount of single serve ounces and also 3 settings for carafe heat control. Overall it works fine just not crazy about design and having to pour the water in for each pot of coffee.

It not only makes a good pot of coffee, but also is very convenient when you need only one cup of java - single cup from coffee pods. This replaced my old Cusinart with a metal thermal carafe. I use my old thermal carafe on my new Cusinart, and it fits!

I really love the flexibility of this 2 in 1 coffee maker. My husband wakes up earlier than me and can have one cup of coffee using our own pods. When I wake up I put up a pot. The main concern I've always complained about is that the warming plate is not unpainted stainless steel, so no matter how careful I am in wiping up any drips on it, it would always RUST and stop working. I resolved this issue by purchasing an aluminum disk, less than 1/16 inch thick to rest inside the warming plate area. It conducts heat perfectly and when it cools, I lift it out and clean it. The coffee pot slides over it (instead of the rusted plate). But I love the 2 in 1

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would definitely buy again. The option of 1-cup vs a carafe is wonderful. The looks and value of the Cuisinart is unsurpassable. Not many coffee pots come in white anymore (my pick). That was a plus. its pretty enough to leave out on the countertop . So many features too--iced coffee, 4,6,8,10 oz pods!

i've always just purchased a simple coffee maker but this time l decided l was going "all out". what a difference ! the coffee is delicious and l love that you can get a full pot or a cup. love that! great buy . the ability to decide how hot you want it is definitely a plus in my book!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Coffee Center 2 in 1 Coffeemaker is a bit noisy-the one cup more than the pot brewer. It makes fine coffee and Cuisinart is very good on warranty's and service. Well made and looks nice on the counter. I would purchase their other products.

I like this coffee machine because of the dual capabilities. But i had to return the first one purchased because it was defective and wouldn't keep the coffee hot after the brewing process. Returned and got a refund and so far the 2nd coffee machine is working properly.

This is the most recent of my Cuisinart coffee maker purchases. Ever since my first one I've been hooked. They make the best coffee and every time we have people over, they comment how good the coffee is. I tried the bold setting when it started coming out on the coffeemakers and I'll never not use it. With the price of coffee skyrocketing Cuisinart's make even inexpensive coffee taste good. And to get strong coffee, you can just use the standard amount of coffee stretching it. Family members always comment on how good and strong my coffee is. Granted, more expensive coffee is generally better tasting, but it's not just the coffee, but the coffee maker! And with the reusable pod, I can use my own coffee to brew a cup saving on the cost of having to purchase the pods. The only negative thing is that you can't use the bold setting when making a single cup.
