Exactly what we were looking for. Lots of features and excellent results. It brews a very good pot of coffee and my wife loves the ability to brew a single cup of tea when she wants one.

I have only had this coffee maker about 3 weeks. As of now of makes a good tasting coffee. For my taste it could be a bit hotter. I haven't used the carafe side of the maker. Hopefully it lasts longer then my last 3 Keurig machines

You improved the ergonomics on the newer model. It's easier to fill the carafe reservoir with water and I also like the platform for shorter mugs on the Pod side.

I returned the coffee maker because I had to push the buttons 10-20 times to get the coffee maker to work. The last pot I made was full of grounds. I went back to my old cuisinart which has a metal pot and easy buttons to use.

So far, this coffeemaker is great. I can brew a whole pot or a single cup depending on my needs. I have had a Cuisinart brand coffeemaker for over 20 years. They are my go to brand.

I found that I can get two 12oz brews using the same coffee grounds before disposing them. This seems much faster than waiting for the carafe to fill up. I think I'm using less coffee too.

Waste of money. Keeps overflowing grounds. Seems to be a bad design flaw. We even took the first one back and tried another one. Did the same thing after a week of working.

We like everything about this coffee maker except the water reservoir tank for the k-cup single serve coffee maker. We have to empty when not in use or it will leak onto the counter.

Very convenient and easy to use. The K Cup part is quick and is easy to refill. The brewing side lets you make bolder coffee than most pots and stays hot much longer.

It is pricey, so I use it every day. I received it as a Christmas gift from my husband. I saw the price online, and I was shocked. I love this product, how it works, and looks. I am giving it 4 stars because it was too expensive.
