the item wasn't functioning correctly. used it for a general high-use day and the warmer apparently got too hot and fell down into the machine. also, the unit did not brew and pour as it should and the units finish is very easily susceptible to scratching and blemishes. wiping it off coming out of the box left small micro scratches and it dulled the shine. I think they're on the right track with these set-ups but I think durability and longevity may poise a problem for such a pricy unit.

Purchasing this coffee maker was a great choice for me. In the mornings,I want to hear my coffee brewing and dripping into a carafe and then take the carafe and pour my brew into my mug. In the afternoon, I enjoy a quick and single serving. My kitchen has limited cabinet space and this combo unit caught my eye since it fits in the space of my former carafe only coffee maker. Great value! Great for my space! Great for my tastes!

We're kind of coffee snobs, pretty particular about our java. We bought this coffee maker for a guest house we have at the farm to replace a Hamilton Beach Flex Brew (2 in 1)…ours at home is a Cuisinart Burr Grind & Brew, which makes nearly perfect coffee. The 2 in 1 makes very good coffee, maybe not as good as the Grind & Brew, but pretty close. It brews much faster than the Hamilton Beach and the coffee is warmer and tastes better.

Leaks from a mystery place. I am keeping it set up on a ceramic tray that will hold all the water that leaks out of this thing over night. It makes truly great coffee, so I am tolerating it, and it is the latest in a substantial line of Cuisinart coffeemakers residing in my kitchen. This is the second one I have ever had that I am just not completely happy with….

The single side of the coffeemaker is effective and efficient there is no over splash the brew only goes in my cup. The carafe side is brilliant a very fast brew with a bold option button a hot brew with a time setting hot plate the whole unit is Tip Top.

This is my second Cuisinart coffee center. I had my first stainless steel k-cup combo for about 6 years. It was time for the newer model. The features I like the best are the easy program controls. I love how it keeps the Cafe heated for upto 4 hours and the café temperature selector. I like my coffee really hot! I also love the programable timer, having hot coffee waiting for me is so much better than me waiting for the coffee to finish brewing. The older model would spill coffee if you tilted the Cafe to far forward to make it pour faster. The new one hasn't spilled. I haven't used the k-cup on the new model but I'm hoping it is better than the earlier model that was finicky with different k-cups brands. Overall I really like this coffee center. It makes delicious coffee. It's my second one so I guess I really like it.

We have had a Cuisinart coffee pot for years. The one we have still works perfectly, we just want to conserve counter space by switching to a single machine for carafe coffee and single serve. This machine is beautiful and easy to use. We like to set the auto brew and have our coffee ready to drink as soon as we get out of bed. We love this machine.

This is our second try. Returned first one for exact same problem. It keeps overflowing grounds no matter how clean we try to get it. Otherwise I would absolutely love this machine. It's nice to have our cup of caffeine coffee from the carafe first thing in the morning and then later on in the day have a cup of decaf from Keurig.. wish the company could figure out a way to keep grounds from overflowing and stopping up the machine and getting a pot of mostly grounds.

We bought my husband the Cuisinart coffee center that makes single cups with pods, a carafe full and iced coffee. We have been so please with this purchase. It is very elegant looking and was such a reasonable price. We are very happy with the purchase. If I have one criticism, it is that the clock is only lit when coffee is brewing. It would be nice it the clock would always be lit if plugged in. Just for the ability to see the time if needed. Great buy.

My previous cuisinart “hot beverage system” was 11 years old, knowing the reliability of cuisinart I knew I would be buying another one. I really like the ability to use the reusable filter cup instead of the store bought Kcups to reduce plastic into landfill.
