Carafe spills when pouring. Instructions are clear, but programming is not intuitive I. e start time. Cannot select BOLD when using programmed start. Makes GREAT coffee,

Everything we were looking for in a coffee maker product. Had 2 Keurigs that we had to replace because of defects and finally gave up and switched to Cuisinart.

It is pricey, so I use it every day. I received it as a Christmas gift from my husband. I saw the price online, and I was shocked. I love this product, how it works, and looks. I am giving it 4 stars because it was too expensive.

The new Cuisinart coffee center 2 in 1 is a great addition to our home. The new style, looks and ease of preparing coffee either in the carafe or with coffee pods makes it more versatile and appealing.

Very stylish and we enjoy most of the functions. My disappointment; this is the first coffee maker that we’ve had that you can’t use the bold function when using the auto brew and single cup functions.

Coffee maker is good......best to get video instructions from a you tuber instead of the vague written instructions provided by the manufacturer. I've never owned a Cuisinart so time will tell on how well this brand will hold up.

We purchased this coffee maker and are pleased with the quality and performance One issue when you pour a cup of coffee you have to pour very slowly otherwise the coffee comes out to fast and spills over the top of the opening/lid.

Easy to learn how to use. Love that the coffee stays really HOT. Once in awhile, we want just a single cup - so this added single serve isn't another appliance.

This coffee maker works great and it replaced two items on our counter, a water heater, and an old coffee maker. The individual cup maker is great for tea or coffee, even though we never use K cups. Can't wait for summer ice coffee!

Not impressed, doesn’t pour out of carafe without leaking everywhere, filter basket bottom gets stuck then you have coffee grounds and water everywhere
