I have three little kids and am constantly lacking sleep. The machine is so intuitive. I took it out of the box, set the filters up and did the initially cleaning all within less than 20! minutes. The process of making coffee is super easy. You can customize how strong and how hot you want it to be for the carafe side. The single serve is a life saver, not only can I make myself a cup of coffee within less than 2 minutes - I can also serve my husband an iced coffee in the same time. I love the look of this coffee center it’s very elegant and fits in perfect. I am so happy that I get to enjoy a good coffee every morning and afternoon without having to go qnyqhere

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Makes great coffee. You can use the carafe side to make a pot of coffee, and you can choose over ice or bold flavor settings. I prefer ice coffee so that is a big plus for me. The other side you can use your favorite pods or a refillable pod of your favorite coffee. Each side has its own water tank . You can also set the timer for when you want your brew to start and it has a automatic off feature so you don't have to worry about it staying on if you don't want it to. It even has carbon filters for each water tank so you get the best tasting brew each time. I definitely recommend this machine to anyone who loves a good cup of coffee.

There's the pod side for me when I want something different from the rest of the family and the ability to set it to come on automatically is amazing! I also really like that it has a pause option on the drip side so I don't have to wait for the whole pot to brew before making a cup in the mornings. It does have a lot of pieces to it but the instructions are good about telling you what goes where and how to clean and put evetything together before use.

I like that I can make either a single serve cup of coffee or a full pot. I also like that when it comes to the pod section I can either use a k-cup or ground coffee. The fact that you can adjust the ounces for the size of the mug or cup you are going to use is also a plus because it prevents any overfilling and spilling. For smaller mugs it provides a flip down shelf so that the coffee wont spill out as it drips. The instructions are easy to follow and the coffee itself takes no time to be made. It is faster than my previous coffee machine and it is so easy to clean. As for the size, it is not as big as I thought it would be. Compared to my previous coffeemaker this one takes a lot less space which is good. Overall all this coffeemaker has been great and if you are a coffee lover I would recommend.

It makes a really nice cup of coffee, both single serve and in the carafe. Your review sides are it's pretty tall so will not fit under any of the cabinets. I have a lot of cabinets so only available is right next to the sink. It's pretty loud on making single serve coffee. It really makes a great coffee.

Some other models pop open and then require cleaning; not this model, however. The brew was ready in no time, so if you're running late it won't because it took too long to make your coffee. It also accommodates smaller or larger mugs with the flip down tray. Also noticed there was no extra dripping after making the brew, so no extra cleanup is needed.
