We’ve had multiple Cuisinart 12 cup coffee makers and they all seem to have same problem, carafe leaks when pouring. The last one lasted for years and was still working but looked “aged” so I bought another depending on how long this last I’ll look for another brand.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Brews quickly. Coffee is flavorful and temperature is perfect. Keeps warm for an extended time. We use the single said as a hot water dispenser. Not only does it work wonderfully, it looks good too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After about 23 years with my first Cuisinart coffee maker I had to get a new one! This one has met my expectations and then some. Easy to use. Great options like 3 carafe temperatures, 4 cup sizes for the pods, and easy to read water tank. Highly recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this a couple weeks ago and have had only one pot of coffee that didn't overflow the filter. Tried different brands of coffee, paper and metal filters, never used more than 6 level tablespoons of ground coffee. Even with the filter base snapped into place, nothing blocking the drain, drain spring system fully functioning. Today I tried 3 tablespoons ground coffee and 8 cups of water. Half the grounds went into the pot.

I like the fact that it is a dual functioning coffee maker no times I just want that one cup the filters help to brew a perfect cup of coffee every time this is a great coffee maker for the money I paid. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this unit to replace another brand that quit working. I had to return 2 of these coffee makers before getting the third one that didn't leak or wasn't missing parts. I purchased this maker toward the end of April and within 2-3 months, a coffee pod exploded and made a mess all over the maker and counter. Figured it was just an anomaly or something so I wasn't too concerned. However, it has happened 2 or 3 more times; coffee and coffee grounds all over. It seems like too much pressure builds, causing the k-cup to pop/explode. So now, I close the lid so the needle pierces the k-cup, then open and close the lid again to relieve any pressure that might build up. So far, this seems to be working. As for the coffee pot function, it works well, except if you put enough grounds for a full pot in the basket, you will get a ton of grounds in your brewed coffee. The water backs up in the basket, causing it to overflow and go between the basket and the basket holder and subsequently into your coffee pot. My neighbor has the same unit and hers does the same thing when making a pot of coffee. For these reasons I'm giving 3 stars. The functions on the unit itself pretty good, although I haven't tried setting it to auto-brew yet. I would recommend with caution.

Save your money and time. I purchased my first Cuisinart a few years ago. Last Nov saw this on sale so we purchased it, by mid July it died. While I was waiting for it to be replaced I used my old one. That died a couple days later. My replacement came and that made 11 cups of coffee and it also died!

I love my new coffee maker! I use the single cup during the week and the carafe side on weekends! Great addition to my coffee bar!

By far the best coffee maker we have had and we used several before purchasing this one. The taste it produces is always perfect!
