I have had the coffee maker for less than 1 year. I use it 2-4 times a week. Today the entire thing died. Given the price and brand, I would have expected it to last longer.

setup of the machine was easy, and I brewed my first pot of hot coffee this morning. It worked great! I haven't made iced coffee yet, and probably won't until next spring. A great quality product overall!

Have tried to get this to work properly and thought at 1st user error but my machine is constantly overflowing the coffee grinds! So very frustrating. Hoping someone can help out with this issue as this wasn’t a cheap coffee maker!

I have bought two of these coffee makers. The first one leaked all over the place. The second one started smoking and heated up the burner and the coffee pot wasn't even on. Had not been used for hours. If I could leave a negative star I would.
