[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This coffee maker is pretty snazzy. I like being able to just use the k-cup feature or the carafe. I think it would be nice if the water tank for the kcup one had a knotch on the outside so it would be easier to lift it up. I also think the lid on the carafe is weird. I wish it just had a normal lid that has a hinge. But it has the basics of what you need to make hot coffee or brew over ice. I wouldnt make coffee over ice though. Solid machinr and makes life easier.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This coffee pot can brew a pot or a cup so fast. The coffee comes out tasting wonderful. The program settings are so easy to do. I did have problems trying to figure out how to set the day of the week,but that really wasn't that important to me. You can program how long you want the coffee pot to stay on for, so no more worrying if you left the coffee pot on.both sides have a cleaning setting. It can also make iced coffee in a cup or the whole pot, it's a setting on the machine for iced coffee. It has an option to make bold coffee. Both side have a charcoal filter in the water tanks to help purify the water for better tasting coffee. Such a great coffee pot this will be one you have forever. If you are a coffee lover or know someone who is this would be great for them. If you just want one more cup you can do that in just a matter of seconds, want to wake up to a pot of coffee set the timer and coffee is ready when you wake up. Set the auto shut off timer, no more worries.

It comes with a small pod filter or you can use the bought pods. The Carafe has 3 heat modes and stays nice and warm. It comes with a reusable filter as well. Makes the perfect cup every time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First of all it looks great, it matches my stainless steel and black appliances perfectly. I love the dual brewing option, it’s a must for me. We use the single serving during the week and the full pot for the weekends. The full pot works good, it brews fast and I like that it has a separate water reservoir so I don’t have to make a set amount. The amount of water I put in is what it makes. I like that you can use pods or ground coffee for the single side. I prefer to use the reusable filters with the ground coffee but they do leave some fine grounds on the bottom of my cup. I also like that it has so many brewing options and cup sizes. I drink a lot of ice coffee in the summer so this is great for me. I absolutely love this coffee machine!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I drink coffee everyday but typically used a pod machine at work. I needed something for home use. This is a convenient product because you can make drip coffee and use k-cups (disposable or reusable). It requires a little bit of work to set up since it is a double use machine but it was easy following the directions. I like that you can program it to start your coffee at a set time and you can also make over ice coffee with either the drip side or k cup side. I took off 1 star because the reusable filter it comes with did not sift my ground coffee very well. This was easily remedied using a paper filter. It is also a little hard to pour the water from the carafe into the reservoir due to the bulk of the carafe.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted so badly to love this coffeemaker. It’s beautiful and by a great brand, but I could never get it to work with my lifestyle. I could never get it to make a pot of coffee that tasted good. Since the carafe is glass and not insulated, the coffee was most often cold by the time I was ready for a cup. I don’t like how you can’t remove the water container and have to pour water in. Probably a minuscule downfall, but I keep the coffeemaker under my cabinets and I always spill water all over the counter.

I purchased mine 3 months ago. For the limited amount of time it has worked, I really enjoyed it. However, it just stopped working yesterday. Now, I design electronic equipment for a living and things today just are not built like they used to be. If you get a few years of service, well that is all it is designed to do, but come on, 3 months. Really poor engineering and lack of life testing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like that or is dual purpose and can both brew a pot or do an individual cup. It's an attractive stainless steel machine with lots of options. A couple things that I didn't love though. It comes with some charcoal filters that seem disposable, and requires 2 at a time. Will I need to continuously buy some proprietary filters? Additionally I like that this can use pods, but other than the reusable pod it came with, it does not say what kinds of pods are compatible. Keurig seems obvious, but there are lots of pod coffee machines and it doesn't say what kind to use. I tried a Nespresso virtuo one and that definitely didn't work. Would like some instruction on the pod compatibility.
