It is very nice coffee pot except the pot itself should be made different when pouring water into the coffee maker the water goes everywhere.

The pod brewer will not melt the chocolate in "Cafe Escapes Cafe Mocha" pod. The pod is a Keurig compatible brand by Green Mountain.

We love the versatility and the water filters on each side makes a significant difference filtering out our high mineral water.

Having a sporadic problem when using the single pod. What a mess when the piercing devise rips open the pod and make a big mess of grounds all over.
