The disk in single serve reservoir, keeps getting stuck when water level is low. When I add water the pod indicator says "add water " when reservoir is full. Very frustrating!

Best coffee make I’ve had in years. The - cup heats up and brews quickly. The carafe spout is shaped perfect and doesn’t spill or drip like other brands. I like the cone shaped filters. It seems like they product for flavor

Best combo unit. I’ve had 2 keurig shut the cuisinart is much better. The coffee stays hotter and I believe the brew time is faster. Very happy with this product.

I like the coffee maker. Pod option initially did not work, called customer service, let me wait, but they were able to tell me what to do. Seems the pod button inside the machine had not been set at the factory

It wasn’t a terrible coffeemaker but we could not get the warmer to stay on no matter what we tried. Unfortunately, we had to return for another brand after reading this was a typical problem.

I've only had my coffee maker for a short time, but I have been very pleased so far. I have only used the carafe side. It brews the coffee fast and hot.

This is the best coffee maker, if you want a pot or single serve. Easy to use, love the filter in both water receptacles. Makes a wonderful hot cup of coffee

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Like most things about the coffee maker. Would appreciate ability to use the round filters and a travel mug that fits. A removable water reservoir for the carafe. Then it would be perfect!

I love the versatility of having the full pot option and single serve. The coffee pot is easy to use and makes a very good cup of coffee. I love the lever on the single serve side for shorter cups; not any splatter! Would recommend
