Disappointed. This third coffee maker from Cuisinart; was pleased with others. This one often will not turn on. Have to unplug for five minutes, then restart. Of course this means resetting the clock. If problem continues, will return it.

Experienced many coffee makers in my life from the inexpensive to the premium. This model Cuisinart produces a noticeably better cup of brewed coffee. Nice feature to have the option of K-Cups.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the maker. Works well and looks nice. I just have trouble getting the pot not to leak when we pour it. Either the water in coffee maker or the finished coffee into a cup.

I love having the ability to use either a single brew or a pot at any time. Also the small filtered single brew is great. No need for Keurig cups if you don't want to.

Pod option NEVER worked and EVERY pot had grounds in it even though I was using provided scoop and 1/2 the "max" allowed amt of grounds (causing for very weak coffee as well) - Returned asap and went back to a Ninja

Last piece of equipment I needed to pair with my Black stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. Easy yo program and use. The only thing I can't figure out is how to power it back on after 4 hours. Do recommend!

It is a wonderful coffee maker and kudos to those would designed it! I like the simplicity of its design, the functionality of the buttons to operate it, and its overall beauty.

I like the versatility Of doing carafe or pods. I do not like carafe. When you pour a full carafe You have to be very careful or You end up spilling a bunch of coffee.

I like the coffee maker. Pod option initially did not work, called customer service, let me wait, but they were able to tell me what to do. Seems the pod button inside the machine had not been set at the factory

I love this SS- 16 Cuisinart 2-1 Coffeemaker! It is wonderful to have the option of either single serve or a pot of coffee or coffee over ice. The machine works perfectly! The bold option is my favorite! This is the best coffee maker I ever had!
