Excellent coffee maker. I upgraded to the black finish and it looks amazing on my counter. The only drawback is it is rather loud when brewing k-cups.

too many grounds in t!heh brewed coffee. Too small a water reservoir. Impossible to reach a customer service representative. Was on hold 45 minutes and was disconnected.

I love the Coffee Center 2-IN-1, however, after brewing the cup I have to remove the water reservoir or it leaks all over the countertop. Not from the water holder but from the bottom of the unit.

The Single serve has more serving size choices than the old model we have and it dispenses coffee quicker than the Keurig model we used for a few months

The only thing is the basket is a little shallow. I love strong coffee but if I put in the amount I like it lets grounds into the pot.😔 Other than that I love it. Need a 14 to 16 cup paper filter.

This is our second cuisinart 2 in 1 coffee maker and it is even better than our first. It makes a pot of delicious coffee very quickly and the single serving function is great too. It also has a feature for making iced coffee. Highly recommended.
