Loving the speed with which this brews a k-cup! So much faster than my old keurig. Looks fantastic on the counter. Wish it held as much water as my old keurig. Overall, we’re very pleased.

Very nice coffee maker. Carafe works very well and keeps coffee hot. K-cup/individual cup maker is nice but I wish the water reservoir was larger, I like the variable cup size setting.

This is a marvelous piece of equipment. Not only is it attractive in my kitchen, it is most versatile in that I can brew only two cups if I choose or as much as I want. It's also easy to maintain.

Pod option NEVER worked and EVERY pot had grounds in it even though I was using provided scoop and 1/2 the "max" allowed amt of grounds (causing for very weak coffee as well) - Returned asap and went back to a Ninja

This is a beautiful and functional appliance addition to our newly renovated kitchen. The clean white appearance is stunning.The coffe brews so quickly tastes delicious!

I've used a Keurig for years. I recently purchased this because I wanted to be able to brew pots and single serve cups. This brews far superior coffee than a Keurig. Well worth the money!

The first coffeemaker wouldn't brew. The second coffeemaker took repeated pressing of the brew button, then drained water on my counter after the brew cycle finished. Yuck!! No more! This model definitely has problems!!

Attractive. This is my second one and I like the ability to adjust the cup size of the single server, and the strength of the brew in the carafe. New and improved!

Unfortunatly, I am having issue already with this coffee pot. Randomly the basket is overflowing and coffee grounds are spilling into the coffee pot and it is not over filled.

I am very pleased with my dual coffee maker ! It’s very easy to use and makes a great single cup or pot of coffee . My teenage granddaughter likes the to make iced coffee
