We got this as a wedding present 3 weeks ago. The heating plate does not work. We don't have the receipt due to it being a gift...no one will help. What a waste of money!

This appliance worked as advertised for 100 brew cycles and then quit. Both the heating pad and the brew heating element quit. This is not a good value or quality product at any price.

Great coffee maker. Compared to my previous coffee maker, tastes less bitter. In fact very smooth taste. Controls are easy to use. Internal filters are also a plus.

Do you like the convenience of having your favorite K-Cup and/or making a pot of coffee? If so, Cuisinart's Coffee Center does both very well and we highly recommend it.

I love this coffee maker. I bought it to replace almost the same one that I loved for about 8 years. The new one has updated features, like over ice, and is even prettier!

Not the easiest to figure out. Filters are not easy to find online. 5 loud beeps tell you coffee is complete. Wish i could turn that off. Coffee is made quickly and is hot.

We couldn't get it to make K-cups right out of the box. Luckily, other people have had the same issue and we were able to find a solution on the Internet. Good coffee though!

We are having issues with the coffee maker when we make a 10 cup pot of coffee. The coffee dregs run over the filter. Not sure what is causing this but it is very frustrating.

This was a gift from my children I had mentioned it to them months previous and to my joy that is what I received. It is outstanding I love love love love it thank you Cuisinart keep up the good work....
