too many grounds in t!heh brewed coffee. Too small a water reservoir. Impossible to reach a customer service representative. Was on hold 45 minutes and was disconnected.

i have had Keurigs for many years %26 the last 2 i had didn't last more than a year. i needed to try a different make/model so chose this one. i like that when i have company i can make a pot %26 when it's just me can make my single cup.

I love my new coffee maker. I have had a Cuisinart in the past and knew the quality. My only complaint is when I use the pod system the water doesn’t come out as hot as I would like.

We were looking for a pot that could brew 6 cups for the two of us each morning yet wanted the option of a single cup if 1of us craved a cup later. This is perfect. Didn’t have to waste coffee by making too much in the carafe. So far it’s great!

After using the Pod for less than a month, the maker produced a 1/2 cup of coffee. I had to clean the piercing needle which I think should not be needed for a few months.

Disappointed. Our bad. Water reservoir for single cup smaller than Kuerig. Thought it would be quicker than Kuerig. Not by much. Wouldn't buy again

We purchased this unit after Keurig number 3 died, This coffee does not miss a beat when it comes to getting a hot cup of coffee. Our Keurig machines kept burning out aft about 1 year of use, and none of them made coffee this hot.

Perfect price point for the value here. Keeps me happy with hot coffee in the morning, on a timer, and more importantly, keeps my wife happy with K-Cup iced coffee. Happy wife, happy life.
