[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] You can barely tell you have them on. These Always Discreet Essentials are quite comfortable and not binding in the least. The fabric they're made with feels soft to the skin and feels like regular underwear. I'm 125 and tried the small, and they fit perfectly. They're lightly scented but barely noticeable. The stitching is pink to indicate the backside for ease of use. Would definitely recommend.

They fit well around the legs to prevent leaks. The thickness in the private area insures they will keep you dry where it matters. They are a pretty soft pink color, with ruffles making you feel feminine while wearing them for such important protection.

At first, when you pull it out, the padding looks a little bulky. It is a little difficult to tell the front from the back as they both look the same. I’m pretty sure no matter which way you put it on, you would have the pad protection. The soft elastic sides, snug nicely to your body, giving out a very comfortable non-constructive fit. they were undetectable under my scrubs, but a little more visible under my yoga leggings. They were excellent in absorption. There was no wetness against my skin. I noticed a slight odor when taking them off, but not until I took them off. they pull up and down easily just like underwear. And they’re easy to take off whether you take them off through your legs or use the easy rip sides. These are very comfortable option for bladder leaks.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I know I didn’t use this product as it is intended, but how I did use it worked well. I took them on a cabin trip and the ladies used them for the 2hr drive there and another time to see who could go longest without using the bathroom. Though not the intended use I have to say they are not uncomfortable at all. They fit just as advertised that no one would know you’re wearing them. My mother, who I gave half of the package to, did say that for her bladder issues(though small) they worked well for her. They weren’t bulky like some pads are and they hold up very well

I have a couple of issues and these came at the right time as I was getting low on my other brand. I was not sure if these would be better or not, but I don't think I'll ever go back to my other brand! They absorb and catch things as they should and pull it away from the skin which is a plus!! They are very comfortable and I'm so glad they don't move around. They stay where they should. If you have issues like I do, definitely try these!
