I’ve worn them out on occasion and I have to say this is a hack! They’re comfortable, not bulky, and on a heavy Flo day it’s a game changer!

These do not look like underwear, they look like a big diaper. They are absorbent and are good for bladder leaks, but not flattering, or comfortable, they are bulky and very large for a size large.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Full disclosure, I originally got these for an older family member - BUT I did try them because I had the flu and a horrible cough that sometimes made me pee a little, which is embarrassing but it gave me the perfect way to test them! These were a godsend. They fit like underwear (these were a tad big but better big than small) and gave me the security I needed so that I could get over being sick and not worry when I had a bad coughing fit. They also were super absorbent and very leakproof. I was 100% confident wearing them. While they were surprisingly comfortable (I mean, they looked huge compared to a maxi pad) they had an underwear vibe with a touch of diaper. That said, they are versatile - they would be be perfect for someone who needed extra coverage for anything from a very heavy period or regular incontinence or just lots of coughing like me. My older relative likes them because they are discreet and comfortable especially for times at night when she can’t make it to the bathroom in time. I’m glad there are products to help all ages with things that could be embarrassing. These are great problem solvers and give the wearer some dignity.

However, I’m at the age where at times, these are great to use. Example…when I’m sick (coughing/sneezing), I experience leakage. I’m I’m excited to have you in my house for that time. These are also great to use during that time of the month when you’re unsure if the tampon would last all night, I pulled out one and tried it on, it was very comfortable I’m excited to use these when I know I need will come. These are definitely great to have on hands as well as if you do experience leakage. I know I set up, but they’re very comfortable. Give it a try.

For that purpose, they're fine. They are a little uncomfortable when they are first put on, mostly because there doesn't really seem to be a clear front or back to them,but the discomfort doesn't last, especially when wearing at night.
