not as absorbent as Depends or Members Mark. would rate Members Mark as %231 and Depends %232. these tend to leak at sides. not buying again.

Always discreet essentials is a product that will give you 12 hours of protection from “accidents” this goes on like underwear but feels like a diaper. This would be good to wear at night or on a long flight when you may not make it to the rest room. I can also see using these after a surgery when it’s hard to make it to the rest room in time. They are fairly well built, and easily disposable. I received this product for free in exchange for my honest opinion.

These are a great thing for night time wear. I really didn’t feel like I had them on most of the time. I don’t have to buy pads and tampons as frequently now. Comfortable and true to size. Breathable as well!

I'm in perimenopause, and sometimes I have some bladder leakage, so I feel like I can wear these when I need them.

There’s a little too much to them for under slim fitting clothes. I understand wanting to buy in a larger quantity but storage is a challenge as well. Still not ruining my own underwear any longer FAR outweighs the negative aspects.

The material is comfortable and absorbent. The small/medium covers a very large range in size, 2-14 so if you are at either end of this range they might not fit the best.

Mom is undergoing chemotherapy and has lost some weight but a Large fit very well. Her only issue was that the absorption at night could be better. For that purpose, they're fine. They are a little uncomfortable when they are first put on, mostly because there doesn't really seem to be a clear front or back to them,but the discomfort doesn't last, especially when wearing at night.

They were comfortable and not hot for a bigger size. They worked pretty well. They looked nice better than a bulky diaper or pad. Liked it being a light pink color.
