The fabric they're made with feels soft to the skin and feels like regular underwear. I'm 125 and tried the small, and they fit perfectly. They're lightly scented but barely noticeable. The stitching is pink to indicate the backside for ease of use. Would definitely recommend.

This particular size is meant for people of size, XL fits 200-300lbs or size 20-26W. They fit comfortably, and I was able to get them on and off easily, like a normal pair of underwear. I didn't have any major issues but they seem like they would be very absorbent, they held up to everything my convalescing took to. I highly recommend these for anyone who might be having an issue, or for a caregiver who needs these for their patient. They do work well, a quality incontinence protection product.

However, I’m at the age where at times, these are great to use. Example…when I’m sick (coughing/sneezing), I experience leakage. I’m I’m excited to have you in my house for that time. These are also great to use during that time of the month when you’re unsure if the tampon would last all night, I pulled out one and tried it on, it was very comfortable I’m excited to use these when I know I need will come.
