Fits perfect, and Im a size 22.(gave a friend one, and she's a size 24, and it fit her as well). Love that the 56 count box has them divided into two plastic sacks, making it easy to store extras in a closet. Good solid protection and oder control. Works for my sensitive skin and does not have a nast perfume smell. Just smells like the product.

I was concerned about the bulk of the pad but it wasn't awful. I also thought the material would be hot but it surprised me. They were lightly scented which surprised me but in a good way.

I took them on a cabin trip and the ladies used them for the 2hr drive there and another time to see who could go longest without using the bathroom. Though not the intended use I have to say they are not uncomfortable at all. They fit just as advertised that no one would know you’re wearing them. My mother, who I gave half of the package to, did say that for her bladder issues(though small) they worked well for her. They weren’t bulky like some pads are and they hold up very well

Unfortunately, incontinence underwear has become a regular part of their life. Always Discreet protect for up to 12 hours, holding up to 8 fluid ounces of liquid along with neutralizing odors. they are comfortable and work well if one is going to be away from the home for many hours. The sizes are hard to decipher since a small medium is sizes 0– 14 and large is 14–20. We sized a large for someone who is a size 16 and it was huge. Otherwise, it is definitely a quality product along with being very breathable to wear. I would recommend this product to anyone who is prone to bathroom accidents. Adult incontinence underwear has come a long way from where it used to be.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Full disclosure, I originally got these for an older family member - BUT I did try them because I had the flu and a horrible cough that sometimes made me pee a little, which is embarrassing but it gave me the perfect way to test them! These were a godsend. They fit like underwear (these were a tad big but better big than small) and gave me the security I needed so that I could get over being sick and not worry when I had a bad coughing fit. They also were super absorbent and very leakproof. I was 100% confident wearing them. While they were surprisingly comfortable (I mean, they looked huge compared to a maxi pad) they had an underwear vibe with a touch of diaper. That said, they are versatile - they would be be perfect for someone who needed extra coverage for anything from a very heavy period or regular incontinence or just lots of coughing like me. My older relative likes them because they are discreet and comfortable especially for times at night when she can’t make it to the bathroom in time. I’m glad there are products to help all ages with things that could be embarrassing. These are great problem solvers and give the wearer some dignity.

I have a couple of issues and these came at the right time as I was getting low on my other brand. I was not sure if these would be better or not, but I don't think I'll ever go back to my other brand! They absorb and catch things as they should and pull it away from the skin which is a plus!! They are very comfortable and I'm so glad they don't move around. They stay where they should. If you have issues like I do, definitely try these!
